How much does it cost?
First analysis of your case is free. Consulting and management have custom prices, in writing before you start, on the dedicated site.
Do you build websites for vacation rentals?
Yes: direct booking with payment and calendar synced with Airbnb and Booking, online in a week.
How much can my property earn?
Depends on area, size, seasonality and how it's managed. I calculate it from real market data and actual costs, before any promise: that's the income analysis.
Can I use the house when I want?
Yes. Block dates on the calendar. With full management just give notice so we don't accept bookings those days.
Who handles maintenance and damage?
With full management we coordinate service providers; damage is managed with the deposit and platform coverage, and we document it with check-out photos.
Is the contract binding?
No: no fixed costs, no exit penalties, just notice period. If it's not working out, you stop.
Do you work across all of Italy?
Consulting yes, remote. Management depends on the area: we talk about it in the first call.
Can I get consulting without management?
Yes, most common case: listing or pricing assessment, then you continue with the written guidance.
