The long, boring, repetitive work? We'll take it.

For SMEs, firms and agencies where someone spends hours a week copying data, reading documents or answering the same questions. Live in 2 weeks, hooked into what you use already.

In brief

Sound familiar?

How they're built inside

Three automation flows seen on the canvas: each box is a step, each line is data moving on its own. Example canvas with test data, rebuilt from flows we put into production.

Try them before asking for a quote

Six demos with sample data, open to everyone. Same logic that later adapts to your files.

It's not a people problem. It's a handoff problem.

Artificial intelligence is not missing: it's already in every tool you use. What's missing is an implementation that actually works, hooked into your everyday files and programs. Most AI projects fail because they start with the tool instead of the process.

We start from the process. We see how your team works, count how many times a week someone copies, re-reads or redoes the same thing, and automate the step that weighs most first. The rest comes after, only if the numbers say it makes sense.

We don't ask you to change everything: we hook into the systems you have and make them talk to each other. Your business software stays your business software. It just stops waiting for someone to copy data into it.

For whom

Automations pay off where repetitive work has a name and a face.

What you get, concretely

Photos and text too

For a real estate agency: from document to listing

Photos enhanced and descriptions generated by AI from property documents, ready for the portal. What used to take an afternoon per listing is now a five-minute review.

Why SMEs, why now

Until recently automating meant a big company project: months, consultants, software to migrate. Now an AI model can read a badly written PDF, understand a WhatsApp message and fill a spreadsheet better than a tired operator at 6pm. Cost has crashed; what you need is someone to hook it to your real work.

Small companies have an advantage: processes are few and the people doing them are two desks away. Half a day and everything is mapped. Two weeks and the first automation is live. You don't need an IT department: the staff you have use it.

Hooks into what you have

No migration. The automation reads and writes where you work today.

Two weeks, day by day

  1. Day 1

    30-minute call

You tell us the process. If automation doesn't make sense, we tell you here and that's it.

  2. Days 2–3

    Mapping

Half a day with whoever does the work today: files, steps, exceptions. Fixed-price quote.

  3. Days 4–9

    Building

The automation runs parallel to the manual process: you try it on real work, not a demo.

  4. Days 10–14

    Live and counters

Goes live with counters: hours saved and errors, each month. Fixes included.

Questions about automations

How much does an automation cost?

Price is custom and comes after the consultation: depends on how many steps you automate and what to integrate. You get it in writing after mapping, no per-user fee.

How soon do I see results?

Automation is live in 2 weeks of work. Hours saved show in the first month.

Do I have to change my business software or programs?

No. The automation hooks into what you use: business software, email, spreadsheets, WhatsApp. No migration.

Is my company data safe?

Yes. Servers in Europe, controlled access, GDPR respected. Documents aren't used to train any model. If you want data never to leave the company, there's on-premise setup.

Do I own the code and prompts?

Yes. At the end of the project you have code, prompts and data. Zero lock-in: if you want to take them to another provider, you can.

What if the document is badly written or a scan?

AI reads scans and inconsistent formats. Cases with low confidence go to a human review queue instead of passing silently.

Does AI replace people on my team?

No, it frees them up. It does repetitive work and people move to higher-value work: average 15 hours per week saved per company and faster decisions because data is already in the table when you need it.

What happens after delivery?

Fixes are included. Every month you see the counters and decide if you want to expand. Need an IT department? No: the staff you have use it.

What happens in the 30-minute call?

You tell us how your business works and where you're losing time. We tell you which steps automate right away, which later and which aren't worth touching. If there's nothing to automate, we tell you and part on good terms.

What technologies do you use?

Current AI models (in European cloud or locally, your choice), API integrations with your tools, and code that stays yours. No closed platforms locking you into a subscription.

Can I follow along while you work?

Yes. The first automation runs parallel to the manual process, you see it work on real cases and tell us what's off before it goes live.

Do you work with companies outside Milan?

Yes, remote across Italy and Dubai. Process mapping happens in a video call with whoever does it today; if a day on-site is needed, we arrange it.

Where is your business losing time?

30 minutes on a call, no commitment. At the end you'll know if your situation can be fixed, how long it takes, and what it costs—in writing. If you don't need AI, we'll tell you and part on good terms.
